Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be carefully packed and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons (holidays, new collection launches), processing may take up to 7 business days. We'll always send you a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer weight-based flat rate shipping as well as carrier-calculated rates through UPS and USPS so you always get a fair price.

Standard Shipping: $7.00–$13.50 (based on order weight)
Carrier-Calculated Rates: UPS and USPS rates calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

We're happy to ship to 27 countries worldwide! International shipping rates are carrier-calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

International delivery times vary by destination, but typically range from 7–21 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website (UPS or USPS). If you have any trouble locating your tracking information, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
